Before we explore vaccines in the “modern era,” it would be helpful to determine what makes a competent scientist? These four elements are considered guiding principles:
1. Do not be swayed by unverified information; base scientific discussions on peer-reviewed evidence.
2. Acknowledge uncertainty in origin theories but remain cautious of interpretations driven by ideology or political agenda.
3. Foster mutual respect within the scientific community and promote open discussion of competing hypotheses.
4. Communicate with the public responsibly, offering balanced and evidence-based explanations as professionals.
Recent Challenges
Recent challenges to these four principles were discussed at an Imperial College London conference on a subject that’s rarely talked about in science: Failure.
- One reason is how science research is generally funded. Funders want successful results. A key reason why failure is rarely discussed is because of how academic science is structured. “Research is funded, communicated and rewarded mainly based on successful results. There is little room in the research system to recognize what might be considered work in progress, or to avoid penalizing people if things go wrong.
- “Policymakers increasingly expect that more of taxpayers’ money — distributed as grants by national science funders, for instance — should go to projects that are likely to provide returns on investment.
- “This approach fails to recognize that things can and do go wrong, and that this is also a part of science.“
Honest debate, testing, and reevaluation of recent research has become less frequent as various entities – the government, the military, the pharmaceutical industry, billionaires, funding agencies, and the public – want quick cures and vaccines against outbreaks, like polio, and the Covid-19 pandemic.
“This is not merely an issue of the United States,” the report from the conference stated. “When science is reduced to a political tool, the consequences can reverberate across the global scientific communities and among infectious disease experts. Such official pronouncements risk fostering public distrust and even targeting researchers who are engaged in fact-based inquiry into the origins of a virus. What is most needed now is not conclusions, but sustained questioning and rigorous analysis grounded in unbiased evidence.”
One other factor that needs to be included in any discussion about vaccines is the liability protection pharmaceutical manufacturers have received. It began in 1986 when Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. The Act granted liability protection to vaccine makers in the event their products caused injury or death. In 2005, the passage of the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP) gave liability protection for “countermeasures” such as new vaccines against biological threats. Finally, on December 10, 2020, the FDA granted emergency use authorization to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine: mass vaccination began four days later. Moderna was granted emergency use authorization on December 17, 2020.
The Experience of Dr. Andrew Wakefield
If you recall in Part One, Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis’s simple handwashing discovery was completely discounted by colleagues who thought germs were only found in the air. Likewise, Dr. Andrew Wakefield, a noted British gastroenterologist, was responding to parents who wondered whether there was a link between their children’s serious reaction to the Merck company’s MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccine given together. His offence? He did not attribute the MMR vaccine to autism but merely suggested in a 1998 paper in The Lancet that the association should be investigated.
The response to his question was a smear campaign that has lasted to this day. If you search Andew Wakefield in Wikipedia it begins with: “A British fraudster, anti-vaccine activist, and disgraced former physician.” He is none of these. Listening to parents about their children has proven to be an important part of the current study of the causes of autism.
This 20 Euro gold coin was issued by the Vatican portraying the “holy” vaccine being administered during the Covid epidemic.
The Bioterrorism Era
In Vaccines, the authors begin the chapters on bioterror by acknowledging that it is human to want to protect ourselves against threats to our wellbeing. However, the chapters on the development of “defensive biological research programs” reveal the “vast public-private partnership between the U.S. military, bio-labs, and pharmaceutical companies. Today, the biggest threat to the American people is not hostile foreign actors or emerging infectious diseases, but the bio-pharmaceutical complex and its laboratories stocked with dangerous infectious agents and its obsession with creating experimental vaccines against them.”
One chilling example of the potential danger is the number of bio-labs in Ukraine where an active war is still going on. Closer to home, many experts now believe it’s possible that Lyme disease was developed using tics as a military weapon that escaped from a lab at Plum Island, near Lyme, Connecticut; hence the name Lyme disease.
About This Post
This post is not about the deceptions that were made official policy during the Covid pandemic. Nor the vaccinated/unvaccinated war that has become a way to fund and divide the U.S. population, including other issues such as voting, illegal immigration, etc. Nor is this about the lockdowns, the six-feet separation hoax, closing churches and schools, remote learning, and masks on elementary school children. Among the many verified non-medical outcomes is the drop in math/reading scores of those same children. Lockdowns were a warmup for future control of the American people. It is worth noting that new information about the vaccine is emerging, including:
- There are nearly 1.7 million reports of adverse events from the Covid vaccine and boosters; 39,000 reported deaths, with 24% occurring either on the day of injection or within 1-2 days.
- According to Dr. Peter McCullough: “There were 36 pandemic preparedness planning events for this pandemic. They go back to about 2004. In 2017, the Gates Foundation and Johns Hopkins… held a roundtable exercise, titled The SPARS Pandemic: A Coronavirus Pandemic That’s Going to Hit in 2025. It said there’s going to be a theoretical coronavirus… and it’s going to come out of China. It said the solution will be a vaccine. They said we’re even going to get the President of the United States to promote the vaccine. Then in November of 2019… they held Event 201. At that one they said for sure it’s going to be a coronavirus, and it’s going to come from China. The only solution will be global vaccination.”

Where Are We Now?
In 2026, the rise of the bioterrorist labs is well documented, beginning with Ralph Baric’s early obsession with coronaviruses. Baric’s patent application, “Methods for Producing Recombinant Coronavirus,” created viruses as countermeasure against CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear) threats. Dr. Anthony Fauci has claimed, post the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, that his agency, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), did not approve gain-of-function work by EcoHealth in partnership with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, in Wuhan, China. Much of what Dr. Fauci, et al said, sometimes under oath, has proven to be untrue.
Things may be heating up for these vaccine principals. The National Institutes of Health just terminated all grants awarded to Ralph Baric. He was also placed on leave by the University of North Carolina where he is William R. Kenan, Jr. distinguished professor.
The same is true for David M. Morens, who served for years as a top advisor within the NIAID. His very recent indictment alleges that Morens and his associates deliberately moved conversations off official government systems and onto private email accounts to keep them from public disclosure. The communications allegedly included internal discussions about COVID research, efforts to influence funding decisions, and exchanges related to messaging on the virus’s origins.
Déjà vu?
And now this from a reliable health source – The Daily Clout. “First, we were treated to nonstop legacy media coverage of a cruise ship stricken with the deadly hantavirus. Hantavirus, with its 40% mortality rate and an incubation period lasting for weeks, made the perfect pandemic boogey man. With some of the initial fears beginning to subside, we are now being treated to a new scare: Ebola.
“It is starting to feel an awful lot like the globalists are hell bent on another pandemic or, at the very least, to frighten us into believing that we are on the verge of one – even if we aren’t. First, the globalists will do anything to amass and keep power – even if it means unleashing a pandemic or a dangerous experimental vaccine on the world. Second, and more importantly, we know that fear is their greatest weapon – a weapon far more effective than any virus. It was fear that led to Americans willing sacrificing their freedoms and their liberties.”
Wrapping Up
There’s not enough space here to recount the entire rollout and history of the Covid vaccine. Besides, we lived it, but a few succinct paragraphs in Vaccines, Chapter 23, “Moderna’s Amazing Prescience,” illustrate where we are now. If I had been the parent of a very athletic teenage son, the following would make me both furious and frightened:
- Dr. Eric Rubin, editor-in-chief of The New England Journal of Medicine said this about the emerging myocarditis risk and subsequent cases effecting male athletes: “We’re never going to learn about how safe this vaccine is unless we start giving it. That’s just the way it goes. That’s how we found out about rare complications of other vaccines.”
- What is also known is that many investors involved in both government and pharma in the Covid vaccine made a ton of money. Bill Gates, who said that the “whole world needed to be vaccinated,” managed to sell his holdings just before the public’s belief in the vaccine and boosters waned. Bill Gates also wants the world’s population to be reduced by any means possible.
- Pandemics 2.0. Now we have the hantavirus and Ebola which many people are saying: Here we go again with the same bunch out in front leading the charge – Tedros of the WHO, Deborah Birx is ActivePure’s chief scientific and medical advisor. We have the early makings of another attempt to scare the daylights out of people, suggestions that something needs to be done and of course a vaccine has already been designed and will soon be promoted.
This paragraph near the closing of the book Vaccines is where I also stand, neither pro nor against any vaccine so long as it meets abundant testing and evaluation by uncompromised scientists. I would also include on my wish list the end of injury liability protection for pharmaceutical company products – all of them – including glyphosate.
“The key to improving vaccines is to strip the enterprise of all dogma, ideology, and vested commercial interests, and to place it squarely in the realm of scientific investigation. This discussion can only be achieved by welcoming discussion and debate instead of censoring it. It also requires demanding full transparency from vaccine manufacturers about their products.”
