The Circle of Change is dedicated to providing information and advocacy opportunities to help create a healthier future for all Americans.  In order to organize and illuminate this vast topic, I have identified sixteen interconnecting domains of health that make up this Circle of Change.

Back to School

July 28, 2026

Despite the passage of time, the basic medical school curriculum hasn’t changed all that much. A person technically holds the academic title of an allopathic  doctor (MD) as soon as they graduate. However, to actually practice medicine and treat patients independently, they are legally required to complete a residency program, which typically takes anywhere from 3 to 7 years depending …

When Narratives Compete

About Circle of Change

This website is intended to address how joining together and knowing what we want and need could start to bring about a long overdue American healthcare system for all.

I sincerely believe that one of the best ways to bring about change is to think of the elements involved as being part of a circle. The best part of this approach is that we can begin anywhere in a circle of change and choose one element to focus on. No matter where we start, one success provides the momentum to keep going.

For this Circle of Change I’ve created three main categories – Health, Business, and Government. I invite you to explore the Circle’s sixteen key areas, relevant articles, calls to action, and regular blog posts. And always, your comments and ideas for change are welcome!
